Karon “K Dot the Hood Favorite” Stanley is the youngest in charge out of Brownsville, Brooklyn. From humble beginnings, penning and recording freestyles with friends at just 12, K Dot has since earned respect and notoriety for his independent grind. Catching the ears of NY taste makers in spring 2013, K Dot released “The Hood Favorite” under Crosstown Music Group and began making a sizable rumble throughout all five boroughs. As “The Hood Favorite” gained momentum, K Dot continued on a hyper creative path that captivated audiences from Hip Hop past, present, and future. K Dot had begun packaging a skill set unique to his market, with a work ethic to match. K Dot’s message to his peers, supporters, and colleagues is that anything is possible as long as you stay focused and never forget where you came from. In 2014 Crosstown Music Group presented K Dot and the Hoodstarz team on “Hood Under Pressure Volume 1” hosted by Nuke Knocka. Following this drop streets and studios started buzzing even more.
